FILLED-Call Center Sales Manager (Chesapeake)

Mr. Rogers Windows, exclusive distributor of Renewal by Andersen windows and doors, is looking for a Call Center Manager to support our call center operations.

  • Maximize team performance through training, motivation, and incentive programs
  • Set team performance standards and goals to meet revenue and call volume quotas
  • Ensure call center employees are performing in compliance with standards and procedures of company
  • Ensure proper customer service and phone etiquette is being executed by call center employees
  • Train call center reps on sales techniques for company provided leads
  • Create processes to improve efficiency
  • Analyze call center metrics to develop individual performance action plans

Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in a call center dealing with sales
  • Must be able to supervise and manage multiple employees while dealing with a constant flow of incoming calls
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Experience developing and coaching teams
  • Quality assurance background a plus
  • Strong work ethic and discipline
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • A burning desire to succeed
